Hello Ladies,
Standard shipping on all Hair/Accessory orders takes 3-5 business days. After order confirmation and the order is processed you will receive a tracking number via email.

Standard Wig Orders Takes 7-10 business days (Mon-Friday , Not including weekends) to process, then next day shipping once wig is completed. Processing time may be extended if its during a busy time such as holiday season. After wig orders are completed you will also receive an email with your tracking number.

Business days are Monday-Friday, Excluding Holidays! If your order has been placed at a peak time during a special an additional day or two may be needed before I begin only if its a busy time frame. I highly recommend placing orders ahead of time.
RUSH ORDERS are available, contact us immediately after purchasing your wig order. Rush order fees has a additional $25 fee.

AFTER packages have been shipped out and tracking numbers have been emailed WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR YOUR PACKAGE once its with the post carrier.

All sales are final unless a refund or exchange is agreed upon. After the order has been placed and payment had been made to SKYEEXQUISITEHAIR orders will be completed within the given time frame.
